Al suo fianco in cucina <strong>Sienna Miller, Riccardo Scamarcio, Omar Sy<\/strong>,&nbsp; con la sempre grande <strong>Emma Thompson<\/strong> nei panni di terapeuta, <strong>Uma Thurman, Matthew Rhys, Daniel Bruhl.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stavolta il quarantenne attore statunitense si cala nei meno scomodi panni di uno chef a due stelle, che ha mandato in fumo una brillante carriera parigina per l&#8217;abuso di alcool e droghe. Deciso a rimettersi in riga, per riscattarsi e conquistare la terza stella Michelin, tenta di rilanciare il ristorante londinese di un amico, dovendo per\u00f2 fare i conti con gli ex rivali e salati vecchi debiti con la malavita.<br>A Roma per presentare il film con la Miller e Scamarcio, Bradley racconta quanto sia stata dura doversi impegnare davvero in cucina \u201csferzati\u201d da <strong>Marcus Wareing<\/strong>, star del popolare programma della Bbc <em>Master Chef<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Da cecchino a cuoco. Una scelta difficile?<br><\/strong>E\u2019 stata una pura coincidenza, questo film l\u2019ho girato subito dopo perch\u00e9 poi mi aspettava il teatro. E\u2019 stato interessante passare da questi due ruoli senza dover fare una scelta consapevole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Che rapporto ha con la cucina?<\/strong><br>Sono cresciuto guardando programmi come Frugal Gourmet , mi piacevano moltissimo. Mia nonna mi ha insegnato a cucinare da ragazzino e ho lavorato in un ristorante per tre mesi, ho imparato a preparare il cibo, a usare i coltelli. Cucinare&nbsp;\u00e8 terapeutico, lo faccio per gli altri ma anche per me, quando sono a casa da solo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avete cucinato davvero voi sul set?<br><\/strong>Marcus e la sua squadra hanno creato tutti i piatti che si vedono nel film ma noi siamo rimasti al loro fianco per tre settimane a cucinare davvero. C\u2019era una carica emotiva enorme, insieme si \u00e8 forti se il pi\u00f9 debole emerge. Minuzie e dettagli li ho imparati guardando molti filmati su Gordon Ramsay, l\u2019ansia per le \u2018stelle\u2019, la tortura in attesa delle sentenze me le ha insegnate lui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I grandi chef sono star. Lei \u00e8 competitivo?<\/strong><br>Molto, ma solo con me stesso. Nel mondo degli chef si rivaleggia, nel cinema, invece, ci vuole collaborazione, per realizzare una storia devi fare squadra, condividerla con gli altri, che sono tutti fonte di ispirazione, creare legami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I coltelli sono lo strumento vitale di ogni cuoco. Per un attore?<br><\/strong>I nostri strumenti sono il nostro corpo, la nostra voce, i nostri sentimenti. Il cinema \u00e8 una forma d\u2019arte particolare, non c\u2019\u00e8 come nella musica uno strumento da far suonare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chi \u00e8 stato il pi\u00f9 bravo tra i fornelli?<br><\/strong>Riccardo Scamarcio \u00e8 il cuoco migliore, criticava l\u2019uso di troppo burro ma noi, nella pausa, ci fiondavamo su tutto quello che preparava lui. Come la strepitosa cacio e pepe che ha cucinato a casa mia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bradley Cooper passa dal fuoco
