Tra gli altri film dal\u00a0<strong>Giappone<\/strong>, ci saranno gli stranianti, divertenti e pieni di contaminazioni \u201cDancing Mary\u201d di Sabu e \u201cRed Post on Escher Street\u201d di Sion Sono e il pi\u00f9 autoriale \u201cUnder the Stars\u201d di Tatsushi Ohmori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S<strong>abato 19 giugno\u00a0<\/strong>sar\u00e0<strong>\u00a0il Korean Day, una giornata interamente dedicata al cinema sudcoreano in cui vengono presentati 4 lungometraggi e un cortometraggio<\/strong>, in collaborazione con l<strong>\u2019Istituto di Cultura Coreano di Roma.<\/strong> Dallo sguardo impertinente e autoriale dell\u2019Hong Sang-soo di \u201cThe Woman Who Ran\u201d si passa alla commedia sentimentale amara \u201cOur Joyful Summer Days\u201d\u00a0 e allo sguardo sulle tradizioni delle pescatrici dell\u2019isola di Jeju in \u201cEverglow\u201d, fino al noir al femminile di \u201cGo Back\u201d, della regista indipendente Seo Eun-young.<br>Non mancher\u00e0 anche un\u00a0<strong>Vietnam Day<\/strong>, con 4 lungometraggi in anteprima assoluta. Si passa dagli straordinari successi, ancora nelle sale in Vietnam, \u201cDad I\u2019m Sorry\u201d, commedia generazionale, e \u201cBlood Moon Party\u201d, nuovo inaspettato remake di \u201cPerfetti sconosciuti\u201d, per passare all\u2019affascinante \u201cRom\u201d e l\u2019horror \u201cHome Sweet Home\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalla\u00a0<strong>Cina<\/strong>, verranno presentati gli spiazzanti e abbacinanti \u201cThe Waste Land\u201d e \u201cSons of Happiness\u201d, firmati da registi esordienti che per\u00f2 gi\u00e0 dimostrano uno sguardo forte e riconoscibile, e \u201cMosaic Portratit\u201d, inteso ritratto di un\u2019adolescente vittima di un abuso.<br>Altri temi che percorrono in filigrana il festival sono i difficili e complessi rapporti famigliari (il cinese \u201cGrey Fish\u201d, da Singapore \u201cLeaving Home\u201d, il malese \u201cSometime, Sometime\u201d, \u201cMalu\u201d di Edmund Yeo, il filippino \u201cTangpuan\u201d), il senso di perdita dovuto a problemi economici (\u201cRepossession\u201d), lo sviluppo sostenibile e i cambiamenti climatici dell\u2019omnibus che attraversa cinque paesi \u201cMekong 2030\u201d, seguendo il corso del fiume Mekong.<br>Completano il programma \u201cGenus Pan\u201d del maestro filippino\u00a0<strong>Lav Diaz<\/strong>\u00a0e l\u2019anteprima europea dell\u2019hongkonghese
